Professional Development Networks for Women

Each Partner Organization will establish a Professional Development Network for women. The groups will provide a space for women to share career resources and create an alumni network. Other activities may include: Speaker’s Bureaus, Mentoring Programs, and Internship Placement. The Professional Development Networks will leverage relationships within the business community to involve private sector leaders. Each network will create its own website, allowing participants across Oman and the other five program countries to present their ideas and experiences.
